Catharine has a gift of understanding my physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. My back and neck are relieved of pain. It's self care I can't go without." Louise "I recently had a massage with Emily. I have not been comfortable with the idea of massage therapy and have not had one in many years. As I expected Emily immediately put me at ease from our brief but thorough consultation to a wonderful full hour of restorative relaxation massage. I look forward to making massage a regular part of taking care of myself along with my yoga practice at Purna Yoga East." |
"Having fibromyalgia, and osteoarthritis, I have found massage therapy to be very beneficial in dealing with these diseases. Always look forward to the treatments, and enjoy my time with Catharine as a professional and as a caring person. Catharine's hands are her tools for treatment, but her heart is behind each and every movement. I am so glad that she has opened her business in Clayton, N.C."
