Himalayan Salt contains 84 naturally occurring minerals including iron, magnesium, potassium, and calcium. Heated salt stones allow these and many other minerals to penetrate deep into muscles and joints. Himalayan salt stones have also been known o relive stress and anxiety, improve blood pressure, help reduce insomnia, and it neutralizes the positively charged radiation and balances the body's electromagnetic field. As an added benefit, salt stones also provide a gentle exfoliation to the skin during the massage. Oil must be used for this massage. Foot Reflexology Massage Reflexology is a popular alternative therapy technique that is based on the theory that there are zones and reflex areas mapped out o the feet that correspond to all of the organs, glands, and systems of the body. By applying pressure and specific strokes to these reflex areas, one can promote relaxation, improve circulation, reduce pain, soothe tired feet, and encourage overall healing. Floating Hammock Massage The ultimate floating hammock massage experience is a complete full body therapeutic session where there is ample time just for you. As you lie back onto the floating hammock, your body immediately begins to unwind and deeply relax. Your therapist will work with you to identify your swing preference to find the perfect therapeutic zone for you in which you will relax and let go. You will remain fully clothed, faced up with any massage oils or creams used during the 90- min session. As you are held in the hammock's embrace your therapist will massage your shoulders, neck, face, arms, hands, back, legs and feet for a total body experience. This unique massage is the perfect antidote to a busy, stressful life. |
