5-week Just for Beginners classes starting in July
Are you yoga curious or just want to try something fun and beneficial for your wellbeing? Our 5-week Just for Beginners class might be perfect for you. You’ll learn the ins and outs of starting a yoga practice that will last you a lifetime. Reduce back pain, sleep better, improve your posture and feel good in your body. This class is designed for the new student. No experience required and all props provided.
We are offering classes on Tuesday evenings at 7-8 pm starting July 9
Wednesday mornings from 10-11 am beginning July 10 and Sunday mornings from 10-11 am July 14.

Come relax, stretch, strengthen and just feel better by practicing Purna Yoga. Purna Yoga East offers a variety of classes taught by our professional, body positive, well-trained and caring staff. We'll keep you safe while having fun learning about all that Purna Yoga has to offer you. So whether it's your first time on a yoga mat, you've done a few yoga videos or you're a seasoned practitioner we've got a class that's just right for YOU!
