Mini-Self-Care Advent Activities 🎄
Clink on the link below for a list of mini-self-care advent activities. Most of them come from our practices of Purna Yoga and Heartfull™️ Meditation that we have learned from our teachers Aadil Palkhivala and Savitri. We often do them during our classes at Purna Yoga East! This is a simple list of contemplations, meditations, life-style tips and moments to pause during the month of December. Of course you could continue them in the new year! The link has a PDF file as a gift of health, well-being and gratitude. Our hope is that by doing these simple things you will feel cared for and appreciate the little things you can do to make a big difference in your relationship with yourself, with others, our planet and with this special time of year. You can either go down the list one activity per day or print out the list, cut it up, place the slips of paper in a bowl and pull one a day until the 25th. There is no particular order and they each can stand alone as a practice.. Have fun! Be with peace.

These classes are donation based. . We appreciate your donations so we can pay our teachers and keep you practicing at home. Pay for classes HERE
- Register for a class and receive 7 days of access to the recording of that class whether you attended live or not plus a recording from our library of classes. You will have two classes to practice for 7 days! For the month of November we are only sending out recordings but sign up for class to receive the classes. Please note that live classes are on hold but the recordings are still going out!
