Every Wednesday at 10 am, Catharine leads an online, all-levels Zoom class. The Zoom yoga class can be enjoyed synchronous, taking the class while she is teaching, or taken asynchronously at your leisure. Simply register for the class to receive a link. Wednesday afternoon you will receive an email containing the class recording that is available for your personal use for seven days. Included with that email is an additional recording of a previously lead Purna Yoga class. You'll have two classes to maintain and grow with your yoga practice.
