Summer Restorative Workshop w/Emily

Take time to reset — mind, body, and spirit.
In the heat of summer, it’s essential to pause, cool down, and recharge. This restorative yoga workshop offers you space to return to yourself, to reconnect with the deep well of vitality within.
Emily will gently guide you through supportive poses, breath awareness, and moments of quiet reflection — helping you realign with the sacred messages of your true self.
This all-levels practice is open to everyone — whether you’re brand new or a seasoned practitioner, you’ll be held in a space of care and nourishment.
