"This course is wonderful, words cannot describe the amount of information contained. The instructor's knowledge and presentation was excellent (clear and concise) The most valuable things gained for me are truly living from the heart, the depth of knowledge of the asana and anatomy, meditation and all the wonderful friendships that have been formed with classmates." "I would advise someone contemplating the journey that it is a wonderful trip! It will open you to things you hadn't imagined possible. Content is expansive. Instructor is awesome, warm, welcoming. Support of studio + other instructors is fabulous"
Gayle Murray Clayton, NC, Educator
" This is the best teacher training around. . .I have done several. My biggest fear with teaching yoga (i have been practicing for 30 years + taught a lot of Bikram and Iyengar classes was students with problems or special needs (high blood pressure, pregnancy, injuries, etc.) I no longer have that fear. The training incorporated anatomy all the time. I am inspired to learn more anatomy. The meditation is wonderful"
