Purna Yoga East offers therapeutic and relaxation massage therapy in downtown Clayton. Massages are custom designed to meet your individual wellness goals. Therapies include taut band therapy, specific deep tissue work, trigger point therapy, cranial sacral therapy and relaxing Swedish massage techniques.     Catharine Eberhart, NC LMBT #2034


    Catharine is nationally certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. She is licensed by the North Carolina Board of Massage and Bodywork Therapy and is a member of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals. She is on faculty at Johnston Community College in the Applied Sciences Department for Therapeutic Massage teaching applied anatomy and massage therapy techniques. She has been in practice as a licensed massage therapist and body worker since 2001.
