Level 1

This class is designed to welcome and inspire those new to yoga, and to create a supportive atmosphere for continuing a regular yoga practice. Receive individualized attention while learning the basic yoga poses (called asana) to increase strength, flexibility, endurance, balance and relaxation.

Level 1-2

For ongoing Level 1 and Level 2 students with at least some experience in alignment-based yoga. Perfect for those looking for a gentle but thoughtful practice.

Level 2

Continue developing the fundamentals of yoga as you increase your strength, flexibility, endurance and balance while learning breathing techniques to ease stress and calm the mind.

Level 2-3

Learn more asanas, which may be held longer. Receive introductions to deeper aspects of yoga and practice applying them.

Level 3

An advanced class that is physically more demanding. Deepen your practice and understanding of the many facets of Purna Yoga. Practice advanced asanas, inversions and backbends.

AM Stretch

A 45-minute class designed to awaken your body, focus your mind and connect with your breath to set your intentions for a brilliant day. Come see how a short morning practice can transform your day for the better.

Lunch Stretch

The perfect class to stretch your body and relieve your tension. Take a break to improve your flexibility, calm the mind and be refreshed for the rest of your day.

Kids' Yoga

This fun yoga class is open to children ages 8-12. Kids can build strength, flexibility, coordination and balance, and use breathing techniques to improve their ability to concentrate and relax.

Student Athletes

This class is designed to support the high school athlete. The class emphasizes stretching to increase flexibility and muscle health and to speed recovery time. The yoga will increase mind-body awareness for improved coordination, balance, core strength and mental focus. Each class includes time on The Great Yoga Wall.

Just for Moms

A class created just for moms by a mom. Take precious time to nurture your health and well-being. Learn short practice routines for yourself and to share with your children. Practice yoga with others who are experiencing the joys and challenges of being a mom.

Private Instruction

Custom-designed classes for those working with special health considerations or for those interested in fine-tuning their yoga practice.

Meditation Classes

Learn techniques to focus the mind, rein in the senses and concentrate in your heart center.
