Free Community Class the third Saturday of the month! (no community class in December-enjoy the parade!)
The third Saturday of every month please join us for a free community class from 11:00 am - 12:00 noon. Registration is required as class size is limited. No experience necessary, all props supplied! 4-week Introduction to the Purna Yoga Meditation Snacks
During this workshop you will learning the Purna Yoga Meditation Snacks. Each week a few of the snacks will be introduced. You will then have time to incorporate them and practice them before the next class. At the beginning of each class you will have time to ask questions, review snacks and learn a bit more so that by the end of the 4 weeks the snacks will be put together for a beautiful meditation practice. The workshop is a balance of discussion and practice.
You will receive a handout detailing each snack for your continued practice.
Each class in this 4-week workshop series will include stretch breaks, technique and intention instruction and time to practice meditating!

Ease into Yoga
If you'd like to explore yoga as a tool to manage symptoms of stress and anxiety disorders but are unsure of what to expect from a group yoga class, you can Ease Into Yoga at Purna Yoga East.
Ease into Yoga is an individual program to introduce you to the basics of yoga in a private, caring environment. Receive 2 private classes with a certified yoga instructor at Purna Yoga East, and learn how yoga can help you breathe easier, rest more deeply and better manage the challenges you face from stress and anxiety. (Cost $30 for 2 sessions).
